Tips from the Pros Tuesday: Photobooth and Decor

Choosing a Photobooth Vendor

By Todd Sherrod of Shutterbooth

If you are thinking of enjoying a Photobooth at your reception, be sure to meet with your potential vendors and sample photos. Verify whether there are additional costs for set up and tear down. A host is important to ensure the guests capture as many moments possible. Creating long-lasting memories of your event is something to cherish forever.

Plan Ahead

By Desiree LeDesma of RSVP Party Rentals

Plan ahead—even if you are not sure of your actual number for your wedding. It is always best to start booking at the higher numbers for tables, chairs, linens or chair covers. It is always easier to take away than add if your numbers go up at a rental store. Most rental companies will ask for 50 percent down and 100 percent the week of your event if it is booked more than 30 days out.
